what are the precautions to be taken in carpentry?

Answers:

1You have to be smarter than the board. Measure twice, cut once. Use good, sharp blades/tools. always cut on a solid surface. If it seems scary....it is. Read all manuals for ALL tools you use. Keep your fingers away from the blade. Listen to and watch those you work with. Try to get as many horror stories told on breaks as possible. You will get hurt. I have only 25 -30 stitches...lost some feeling in one finger....after 15 years...not too bad. Always have as large a first-aid kit on hand as possible. OSHA offers free safety courses.....take advantage.
